Form 990-T Schedule A is a default statement attached with Form 990-T. There must be at least one Schedule A while filing the 990-T return with the IRS.

If the organization engages in more than one unrelated trade or business, the organization must complete and attach the required number of schedule A to report income and allowable deduction for each separate unrelated trade
or business.
